Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company for patients visiting the laboratory, providing compassionate and professional service. The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples , preparing specimens for testing, and ensuring accuracy, safety, and confidentiality in all interactions. This role requires excellent phlebotomy and customer service skills , attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
