Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families, spanning from pediatric to geriatric needs.
  • Oversee chronic illness management, preventive measures, urgent care, and mental health support through a patient-centric approach.
  • Administer physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and craft individualized treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with care managers, mental health professionals, and other specialists to provide holistic health interventions.
  • Involve yourself in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise, current patient documentation.
  • Provide care in-person and via telehealth options to meet diverse patient needs.
Education Requirements
  • MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Possession of (or eligibility for) an active California medical license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are desirable.
Skills and Experience
  • Robust diagnostic and clinical expertise focused on preventive and proactive health care.
  • Comfortable engaging in value-based care models with an eagerness for continuous growth.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with technology, especially EMRs and telemedicine systems.
