Job Title : Social Media / Office Administrator
Location : Mt. Laurel, NJ; full-time work on-site
Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to handle a combination of outbound calls, social media, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, digitally savvy, and capable of managing day-to-day office operations while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls & Customer Outreach
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products / services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Work with Marketing Supervisor to manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Create engaging posts, graphics, and short videos aligned with brand guidelines.Track social media metrics and assist in developing growth strategies.Support marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and promotions.Office Administration
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, running reports, etcAssist in preparing for meeting and eventsQualifications & Skills :
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred).Experience managing business social media accounts.Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media tools.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven.Insurance license a plusEducation :
High school diploma required; college diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.Rate : $20-$22 per hour
