Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation in areas such as asset protection planning, Medicaid crisis planning, estate planning, guardianship, powers of attorney, and post-death administration.
- Manage cases from inception to completion, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
- Drive business growth by developing and nurturing relationships with referral sources and engaging with the community.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio, maintaining good standing.A minimum of three years of substantive experience in elder law.Compensation and Benefits
