Vice President of Electrical – Houston

Location : Houston, TX

Salary $190,000 - $250,000

Yearly profit based bonus - capped at 100% of your base salary (all current VPs are earning over 75% year-on-year, with many getting 100%).

Typical projects range from $1M to $100M+ across healthcare, higher education, federal, aviation, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use markets.

The Role :

The Vice President of Electrical will play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence for the Houston region.

This senior leadership position is responsible for :

  • Driving divisional growth and profitability
  • Hiring, building a team
  • Business development
  • Leading teams on high-complexity government and institutional projects
  • Building and strengthening client and partner relationships
  • Mentoring and developing project leaders
  • Ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction on projects

This role is ideal for a seasoned executive with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of scaling electrical operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership experience on large-scale electrical projects ($10M–$50M+)
  • Expertise in government, institutional, or healthcare-related markets
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive financial performance
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with the vision to scale a division to $100M+
  • You must have a TX Master Electrical Licence
  • You must have relationships in the Texas market that you can bring to win new work
