Responsibilities :
•Assists with the strategy and tactical implementation for internal communication programs of the company and departments in collaboration with the communications director and organizational leaders.
•Consults with business and departmental leaders to develop outcome-based internal communications programs and experiences to achieve desired business results.
•Ensures that the appropriate spirit, tone and messages reach the target audience by developing communication frameworks, messaging matrices, and measurement methodologies. Analyzes insights about the needs and preferences of employees and devises plans to effectively communicate key messages and information.
•Works with organizational leaders to prioritize and integrate relevant messages into overall employee communications plans.
•Collaborates with business and departmental leaders to support organizational change management through effective communication tactics.
•Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
•Maintains strategic partnership with specialists responsible for communication with agents, customers, and the public to ensure consistency of company's brand expression and messaging.
•Uses data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of internal communications including collecting feedback, analyzing metrics, and conducting surveys to assess the impact of communication efforts, and makes data-driven recommendations for improvement.
•Manages the delivery of internal communications programs, including but not limited to channels and content such as the company intranet pages, presentations, videos, literature, and signage. Ensures consistent use of company logos and color palettes in all internal communications.
•Stays updated with emerging trends, best practices, and tools in internal communications by exploring new technologies and platforms to enhance communication effectiveness and engagement within the organization.
•Provides support, as needed, to external initiatives such as thought leadership, media relations, award programs, and industry relations.

Qualifications:
•7+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
•Certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (CSCMP) (Preferred)
•Communication Management Professional (CMP) (Preferred)
•Physical essential functions: ability to work 40 hours in an office environment (sitting, standing, on a computer, etc.), operate office related technology (computer, phone, etc.), travel as required.
