We’re currently looking to expand our team with an experienced Xactimate Estimator who knows the ins and outs of property insurance claims and is ready to take the next step in their career. Position Overview : We’re seeking an experienced estimator with a strong background in Fire, Water, Roofing and exterior systems. Ideal candidates may be former staff adjusters for insurance carriers, independent adjusters, or restoration estimators looking to grow with a reputable company. Responsibilities : Write detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate Create professional photo reports to support scope of work Submit estimates and documentation to insurance carriers Follow up with adjusters to ensure timely approvals and supplements Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth project execution Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal staff Qualifications : Proficiency in Xactimate (X1 or newer preferred) Experience estimating roofing, siding, gutters Fire, Water and other exterior trades Prior experience as a staff or independent adjuster is a strong plus Ability to read scope notes and inspection reports and convert them into actionable estimates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Why Work With Us : Competitive salary + performance bonuses Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment Access to industry-leading tools, software, and technology Work on high-volume, high-quality projects If you’re ready to bring your estimating skills to a team that values craftsmanship and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.
