Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist for a contract assignment in Truckee, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful mountain munity hospital setting while supporting oncology services.

Details :

Location : Truckee, CA (~50-bed munity hospital)

Schedule : 4x10-hour shifts per week

Start : ASAP

Duration : 13+ weeks

Setting : Primarily within the cancer center pharmacy

Travel support : Non-taxable travel stipends available for lodging, meals, and incidentals

Responsibilities :

Provide inpatient and oncology pharmacy services

Support chemotherapy preparation and dispensing

Verify and process medication orders for accuracy and safety

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care

Oversee safe handling of chemotherapy and other high-risk medications

Maintain pliance with state and federal regulations, including controlled substance management

Requirements :

Active California Pharmacist License (required)

Inpatient hospital pharmacist experience (required)

Chemo / oncology experience (required)

Full-time, immediate availability (required)

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently
