Operations Co-Op - Spring 2026 Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. THE ROLE Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a / an Operations Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. We're looking for a hands-on, analytical co-op to join our team and help tackle real business challenges in the Device Tray area. This role will support projects focused on improving workflow efficiency, reducing operational costs, and driving alignment across teams. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and making processes better, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in identifying and implementing workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Support documentation updates and creation for revised processes and procedures
  • Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and productivity yield improvements
  • Help analyze SVOP (Standardized Value of Production) and other performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Device Tray and Mainstream operations
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and presentation of findings to leadership
  • Additional tasks and project support as needed to meet evolving team and site priorities

What We Seek

  • Strong interest in operations, facilities, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience or coursework in systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis preferred
  • Experience with documentation creation and revision processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of operational methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Familiarity with Kaizen principles and Lean Manufacturing techniques preferred
  • SAP system knowledge, including navigation and data analysis preferred

    • Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as :
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Operations Management
  • Business Administration
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Data Analytics or related technical field
  • Preferred graduation year(s) May 2026 to May 2027

    • Eligibility

  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
  • Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : This role is primarily office-based and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Occasional movement throughout the facility will be necessary to support cross-functional collaboration, observe operational workflows, or participate in project-related activities. PPE is required on the production floor such as safety glasses, and safety shoes in designated areas.
