Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to create comprehensive financial plans that align with clients' long-term objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice.
- Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand client base and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications : Experience :
- Sales Experience : Outside sales representative 2 years (Preferred).
- B2B Prospecting : 2 years (Preferred).
- Effectively communicate.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
License / Certification :
- Life, Health, and Annuity (Preferred).
