About the Position :

At Datamax we firmly believe that matching the right person to the right job is the most important factor in our success. We are looking for a driven, focused and experienced individual to recruit talented people that fit our culture for positions in sales, imaging service, IT support, and administration at our locations in Texas and Missouri. This in-office position could be based out of Coppell, Texas, Tyler, Texas or St. Louis, Missouri.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will collaborate with hiring managers to draft compelling job profiles, define characteristics of ideal candidates, and identify screening questions. You will be responsible for marketing open positions and building relationships with colleges and technical schools to identify new sources of talent.

Additional duties include : tracking and responding to applicants, conducting screening interviews to select qualified candidates for further consideration, scheduling in-person interviews, working with hiring managers to prepare for in-person interviews, providing insight into compensation, and being part of the hiring decision.

Job Requirements :

• Proven track record of recruiting candidates that are a good cultural match and perform at a high level for multiple years.
• A detailed understanding of the recruitment process and the desire to create a process for Datamax's wide variety of roles that need to be filled.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative-this role will work with all hiring managers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledgeable of laws and regulations that impact the hiring process.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel & Word and the ability to quickly learn additional software tools.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
