Speech Language Pathologist Acute Speech Therapy
Location: Abilene, TX
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Relocation Bonus: $5,000 (for applicants relocating from 200+ miles away)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday): 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary:
ARS Acute Speech Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients. This role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and supervising technicians and support staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy programs based on speech-language pathology principles.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise and monitor technicians and support staff.
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment and input data into computer systems.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience: Completion of Clinical Fellowship Hours.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Texas Drivers License (required for HMC Designated Drivers).

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in using rehabilitation equipment.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
