Job descriptionProven experience managing large-scale residential projects (single-family, duplex, or similar developments) with production-home builders. Proven experience with masonry and framing subcontractors for high-volume developments. Strong focus on quality assurance, timeline management, and maintaining site safety. Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with the Project Manager and provide consistent progress updates. This construction management firm is known for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors offering career growth opportunities within a collaborative environment, allowing professionals to contribute to a variety of high-impact projects.
