Reporting Location : Lakewood, NJ Compensation : $24.00 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked Schedule : Sunday - Thursday, occasional Fridays Start Time : 7 : 00 PM until work is complete; 8+hrs / shift. Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performs the loading / unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation. They are also responsible for ensuring inventory is properly maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld. Safety is our #1 priority, and we count on you to ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner.

• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc. (it's okay if you don't know how, we'll train you!)
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure order accuracy
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled times)

Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years of age. You must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years). You must have the ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift. You must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and be willing to work overtime as needed. Warehouse / forklift experience is preferred, but we will train associates. Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
