Service Manager

We are currently hiring a Service Manager to lead operations, improve service processes, and support team growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support service team performance
  • Oversee work orders, proposals, and customer requests
  • Monitor shop maintenance and equipment needs
  • Track KPIs and implement process improvements
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Travel to customer sites as needed

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in service management
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and customer-focused
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Pay : $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
