We are conveniently located on the West Bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis.

• Transitional Care Unit
• 28 beds
• Serves multiple diagnoses including neuro, ortho, oncology, amputee, spinal cord injury, transplant, etc.
• All adult patients
• Post-Acute - PT, OT, SLP.
• Approximately 50 therapy and tech staff at the 2 post-acute units
• Highly Collaborative between all fields along with MD / Physiatrist, rehab nursing, social work, dietary, etc. with primary goal to get patients home.

This position will be working 40 hours every two weeks on the day shift, 8 hour shifts, and every other weekend. The position is eligible for benefits.
