Key Responsibilities
Calculate pre-disability earnings and collaborate with claim teams to refine processes
Review financial data to identify and process overpayments and underpayments of disability benefits
Monitor banking subaccounts and manage outstanding checks, ensuring compliance with operational standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
2-5 years of aligned experience in financial transactions or disability claims
Familiarity with financial documents and disability claim management concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
Knowledge of overpayment recovery processes is a plus
