Operations Manager

What You'll Do :

• Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding / offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in partnership with our finance tools and vendors
• Provide executive assistant support to company leaders : calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and special projects
• Manage bi-annual employee reviews and gather employee feedback
• Plan and execute team eventsfrom all-hands gatherings to offsites and internal celebrations
• Support internal communications and help drive team engagement and culture
• Jump in wherever operational support is needed to keep the business running efficiently
