👷 What You'll Be Doing :

Build and manage your own pipeline of homeowners

Perform inspections and guide homeowners through the roofing process

Close deals and coordinate with our fulfillment team for smooth installs

Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and drive

Have 2+ years experience in outside sales

Are confident, coachable, and hungry for success

Communicate like a pro and aren't afraid to knock doors or work referrals

👉Requirements :

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks

Ability to travel to Annual Sales Training

Ability to carry 50 lbs.

Ability to thrive in the outdoors in various weather conditions

Willingness to work 10 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday, Saturdays required
