Job description

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage worker and client records, issue contracts, and maintain onboarding reports

Verify bank details, resolve payment issues, and respond to payment-related queries

Provide administrative support to key accounts and handle day-to-day operational questions

Required Qualifications

Proficient in IT

Knowledge in EOR or AOR is preferred

Candidate will be working within CET time zone

Flexible and willing to learn

Demonstrates logical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities
