Private Duty HHA - Home Health Aide (PRN)

Empath Personal Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to care for our clients within their home. We are committed to providing excellent care for our patients / clients and a rewarding work environment for our colleagues.

Base pay : $15.00 with the ability to earn up to $19.00 per hour depending on client.

Qualifications :

HHA Certificate (40+ hour) or CNA license preferred

CPR Certification required (in-house classes available if needed)

Minimum of six (6) months experience in healthcare / home health preferred

Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs.

Ability to effectively communicate in English

Must have valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel within the service area

No Experience, that is okay!

What We Are Looking For :

Caregivers who can service Bradenton / Sarasota or Sarasota / Venice

Must be able to meet the PRN agreement

48 hours per month commitment

2 weekend shifts per month

All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and a level 2 background check.
