• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST scheduling window
• Virtual telemedicine consultations for non-urgent ENT cases
• All patients referred through primary care physicians
• Focus on chronic sinusitis and post-surgical ENT patients
• Serves both adult and pediatric populations
• Ability to order imaging, labs, and medications
• Can refer patients for in-person ENT evaluations
• 7-day window to schedule appointment requests
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
