Job Responsibilities
- Schedule preventative maintenance with contracted vendors monthly / quarterly
- Administrative support with hard services onsite such as HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire safety systems, and other building maintenance work
- Administrative support with soft services onsite such as janitorial, day porter, vending, reception desk, mailroom, storage rooms, and helpdesk management
- Respond to emergency and urgent maintenance service calls
- Escort and supervise suppliers while working on-site
- Provide notice to supervisor if vendors are underperforming or not meeting contractual obligations
- Coordinate emergency preparedness procedures and safety drills
- Assist with furniture delivery, disposal and maintain organized storage spaces
- Assist with set-up and break-down of corporate events
- Perform small maintenance tasks such a hanging photos and art work, moving furniture, or repairing / modifying furniture
- Perform daily facilities walk-through of Herndon facility
- Conduct monthly safety walk-through of Herndon facility
- Assist with administrative projects
- Other duties as assigned
Relationship And Facility Management Coordination
Monitor compliance usage for facilities teams' preventative and recurring maintenance schedules.Surveillance of tool and provide improvement feedback to ManagerCollect and report data points to leadershipAssist with deployment of communications, trainings, documentation, tools, governanceOther duties as assignedOther

Education / Training
Minimum Required : High School GraduatePreferred : Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experienceYears Of Relevant Experience
Minimum Required : 1 year industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantPreferred : 2+ years of industry experience either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantExperience in the aerospace and or defense industry is a plus.Skills And Knowledge
Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively (verbal and written)Outstanding organizational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to task executionAbility to follow detailed directions in a precise mannerStrong interpersonal skillsProficient using common business applications (Google G-Suite, Corrigo CMMS)Outstanding internal and external customer service skillsMust be comfortable working with audio-visual equipment.Other Abilities
