The Technical Support Specialist will provide first-line remote technical support, user / account administration, and cloud / SaaS management (Microsoft 365, Azure, Zoho). Opportunity to grow into systems, security, and CRM administration. The Technical Support Specialist will be crucial in managing NMSDC's Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring data security, and providing both internal and external user support.
