So, here's the details : Pay Rate : Drivers make $65,000 to $95,000 average in their first year $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Day 1 Benefits available : medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA / HSA and company-paid life insurance. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements : At least 21 years of age. Have a commercial driver license (CDL Class A, Class B, or Class C) with a clean driving record. Recent CDL graduate drivers. Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
