Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care Department in Lowell, AR. This full-time, in-office role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. You'll interact with customers, technicians, dispatchers, and managers to schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and ensure daily scheduling runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries
  • Ensure all daily appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed
  • Communicate clearly with service technicians, dispatchers, operations managers, and fellow CSRs
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Accurately enter and update information in dispatching / scheduling software
  • Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software (training provided)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or call center roles
  • Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
