Systems Integration Manager

About the role :

We are seeking a Systems Integration Manager to lead the successful design and execution of integrated logistics and automation solutions from pre-sales through project delivery. This position ensures all performance, functional, and quality standards are met and that all implementation processes, including those involving third-party providers, align with established best practices.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Significant experience leading and managing large, cross-functional project teams
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles on complex, high-value projects
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent)
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 50%), including participation in an extended training program abroad (approximately 6-8 weeks)
