RN (Registered Nurse) - ICU

Job Title : Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)\nLocation : Arroyo Grande, CA\nStart Date : 11 / 17 / 2025\nDuration : 13 Weeks\n\nJob Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, CHF, and alcohol withdrawal.\n
• Manage and monitor ventilated patients, IV drips, and critical care equipment.\n
• Perform EKG monitoring, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.\n
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n
• Float as required to Telemetry, Marian ICU, or ER with orientation provided prior to assignment.\n
• Adhere to hospital policies, including rotation of weekends and holidays.\n\nQualifications\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience within the last 3 years.\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.\n
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.\n
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation and critical care management.\n\nCertificates & Licensure\n
• Active Registered Nurse License (State of California).\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS).\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
