Job description

Grocery Clerk

Co-opportunity Market is LA's only member-owned cooperative grocer. Since 1974, the Co-op has specialized in locally made, natural and organic food and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Check in deliveries, verifying quantities and product quality.
  • Assist with cashiering duties.
  • Stock displays fully while keeping back stock consolidated.
  • Take initiative to help customers with questions.

Requirements :

  • Must be willing to be thoroughly trained for the position.
  • Must be willing to adhere to regular, predictable attendance.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Must be available evenings and weekends.
