You will own fast containment, MRB / GP12 execution, and closedloop feedback that drives zero escapes on CTQ. You must read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T (a.k.a. GN&D) and clearly communicate issues and risks with both customer and internal engineering.
Responsibilities :
Customersite presence Reno (50%)
o Lead onsite containment (stop / hold / segregate), build suspect lists, coordinate rework / returns.
o Run MRB & GP12 for AOIflagged parts : image pullup, objectiveevidence review (e.g., continuity logs), pass / fail decisions; no ship without evidence.
o Perform LPAs, line walks, verify corrective actions; maintain daily scorecards (DPPM, escape rate, timetocontainment).
o Serve as the daytoday voice to customer SQ / production; deliver concise, datafirst updates and recovery plans.
Customersite support Austin (10%)
o Support trials / builds / audits ; collect early signals (fitup, assembly, electrical continuity) and escalate with annotated prints.
o Align on change points and readiness with customer teams; feed learnings back to Dallas.
Factory support Dallas (40%)
o Close the loop with stamping / assembly / test / pack to prevent recurrence; align control plans, CTQs, and measurement methods.
o Convert customer feedback into structured 8D / 5Why / IsIs Not; drive sustainable corrective actions.
o Support AOI parameter tuning, continuitygate / releasecode processes, and eMRB / evidence capture (images, logs, signoffs).
o Systems, data & communications
o Maintain SNlevel traceability : AOI images, MRB / GP12 decisions, objective measurements (e.g., continuity), and release codes.
