MUST HAVE (SOC) experience and Preferably Studio background.

A Security Operations Center (SOC) operator plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of an organization's assets, personnel, and information on a global scale. The primary function of SOC is to detect, analyze, and respond to customer impacting incidents. The SOC is crucial for protecting the studio's assets, employees, and customers. They do this by actively monitoring and managing security operations and resources.

Answer emergency and non-emergency requests via :

• Chim
• Radio Communication
• Phone
• Email

Monitor and compile information on site incidents for incident summaries

Use available resources to provide information to the Protective Services (SPS) team

Maintain an open line of communication with The Culver Steps (TCS) Security Command Center.

Follow the escalation process for Zone 4 and Zone 6 alarms

Log all requests in the appropriate tracking platforms :

Inform security personnel and field units about requests and pertinent information

Monitor and manage unlock requests and escorts

Address security issues and work with Shift Supervisors to suggest solutions

Proper radio communication with security personnel and TCS Security Command Center

Respond to phone calls and emails consistently

Assist with badging requests after hours

Monitor Lenel system
