Travel PCU (Step-Down) Registered Nurse - $2,102 per week

• Work night shifts in progressive care unit (PCU)
• Patient ratio 1 : 4-5
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Float required within the hospital as needed
• Valid South Carolina nursing license required at time of submission
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Must be within 50 mile radius
• Dress code : Royal blue and white scrubs
• Orientation every Wednesday
• EMR system : Meditech (preferred experience)
• Care for 21-bed unit with daily census of 18
• Manage patients with non-titrating drips (Amiodarone, NTG, Cardizem, Lopressor, Cardene)
• Provide care for vascular patients, NSTEMI, post-cardiac catheterization with intervention
• Handle CIWA protocols with IVP Ativan, peritoneal dialysis, stable BiPAP
• Manage heated high flow
• Perform wound care and nebulizer treatments
• Support hemodialysis in dialysis department
