Job descriptionMust be US Citizen or US Person (permanent Resident with a Green Card). Experience with CNC Software Siemens Sinumerik – Sinumerik Operate. Experience with PLC Software Siemens TIA Portal V15. Experience using CNC & PLC Software for troubleshooting alarms and know how to trace alarms to find root cause. Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings. Ability to re-build cables connectors like ethernet, Profibus, power cables, Harting connectors Experience with the alignment of a 5-axis cnc machine with the help of a Renishaw laser interferometer, granites and dial indicator or with a laser tracker. Ability to perform disassembly, replacement and adjustment of mechanical components. Ability to replace plug and play modules. Experience with C++ programming with Visual Studio code. Ability to work with database SQL Server Management Studio.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete programming to implement solutions, calibration and adjustment process tasks .
- Identify and apply technical solutions to problems or incidents arising during the after-sales services or commissioning process to guarantee the performance of the equipment.
- Develop the technical contents necessary for manuals including control-operation, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance. Carry out final customer training for the correct machine operation and the adequate use of manuals
- Practices thorough records-keeping and actively maintains project notebooks.
- Comply with company policies and meet performance expectations established by your supervisor.
- Communicates pertinent project data and information to the project coordinator.
