Key Responsibilities
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication of offerings
Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate wellness events
Assist with compliance reporting, data management, and HR documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related role
Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
Experience working in a fully remote setting is preferred
