Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers (walk-ins and phone) and assist them with locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessories
  • Use parts catalog systems and supplier ordering tools to find required components and place special orders when needed
  • Maintain counter inventory accuracy, process returns and core exchanges, and work with service techs to ensure timely parts availability
  • Keep the parts counter and display area organized, stocked, and professional
  • Assist with basic stock and receiving duties as needed (light lifting may be required)
  • Partner with the parts manager and other departments to maintain department performance and customer satisfaction
  • Other duties may be assigned

    • Qualifications :

  • High-school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
  • Need step in Back counterman with Automotive Parts experience
  • Good communicatorable to speak confidently with technicians, customers, and vendors
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to keep track of multiple orders and parts requests
  • Comfortable working in a dealership environmentfast service, team driven and customer focused
  • Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs occasionally and move around the parts department safely
