Job Requirements

Requirements : Active CA License

BC

BLS

DEA

Current CPR

With at least 3 yrs of experience in a similar setting

PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate

NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II

Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine, TB Status / X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer, etc.
