A law firm seeks a Real Estate Closing Attorney in Bluffton, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will join a well-established team, focusing on overseeing residential and commercial real estate transactions. Membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar is required, with a preference for candidates experienced in closing real estate transactions.
Duties
- Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances.
- Review title documents and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate transactions.
- Draft and review loan documents, contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Provide a professional and engaging client experience, addressing questions and concerns.
- Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks.
- Develop and grow business relationships for the firm.
- Conduct training for potential clients in real estate law.
