What You'll Do : Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers' needs to achieve sales goals.

General Work Expectations : Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections; customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter; cash wrap / cashier : use our modern store technology (ie : POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services; maintain maurices' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; product flow / shipping and receiving : support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what's new and what's already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up.

Position Requirements : At least 16 years of age; a willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds; goal / achievement oriented; some technical aptitude; ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities; ability to work a flexible schedule.
