Pay Range : $24.40 - $33.55

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated self-starter who will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring the accurate and timely storage, retrieval, and distribution of products. The position will be best suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to jump in no matter where they are needed.

Principle Responsibilities :

• Team Supervision : Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are well-trained, productive, and safety conscious.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all in-bound and out-bound materials are handled accurately in accordance to training.
• Process Improvement : Continuously identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency while maintaining product integrity.
• Safety : Enforce safety protocols and best practices to create a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel. Encouraged participation in the safety committee.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and compliance documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Relations : Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Training : Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff.
• Procurement : Monitor and maintain accurate levels of warehouse supplies.
• Reporting : Generate and communicate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and compliance metrics to team, management, and organization.
• Act as backup to Material Manager.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
