A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to shape the technical direction of programs and mentor engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop understanding of program scope, schedule, and cost management while articulating delivery requirements to team members
Provide coaching and development to engineering team members, defining growth goals and fostering a learning culture
Lead team processes, advocate for technical solutions, and oversee hiring and performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience, with relevant experience potentially substituting for education
2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a technical environment
Extensive experience in software development and customer interactions
Experience in leading tasking efforts to support delivery
General understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations is preferred
