About the role
Combine routed leads with neighborhood canvassing; close in a single visit when possible and log activity the same day.
What you’ll do
Cover mapped streets; meet warm / hot appointments.
Needs check → options on tablet → on-site close .
Track doors / conversations / demos / closes; confirm activations.
Weekly huddles and leaderboard reviews.
What you’ll bring
Strong face-to-face communication; coachable.
Scripts / objections; consistent follow-through.
Flexible schedule; driver’s license, vehicle, smartphone with data; U.S. work authorization.
Spanish a plus.
Compensation & growth
Commission-based with paid training , uncapped commissions, and weekly / monthly bonuses.
OTE $40,000–$60,000+ ; path to Team Lead / Manager-in-Training .
