The Role

We're looking for a backend-leaning Software Engineer with full-stack responsibilities and an active Top Secret (TS) clearance. This is a hands-on role for an individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, and drives clarity without constant direction. You'll play a key role in building the systems that power our mission, collaborating closely with our science team to bring cutting-edge models into production.

What You'll Do

• Build and expand core product and platform capabilities.
• Deploy and fine-tune reinforcement learning models in classified environments, integrating sensitive sensor data.
• Translate advanced mathematical models into robust, production-grade systems.
• Own backend infrastructure and data integration pipelines, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-ready software solutions.
