Vice President of Product

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product to lead the product management function and drive innovation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Product Management function and team

Define and implement a Product Development Lifecycle to enhance clarity and delivery excellence

Build and maintain a multi-year product strategy and roadmap with clear priorities and measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

Experience leading product in a software company, ideally in a growth environment

Success in building or maturing product practices and teams

Ability to define and operationalize a Product Development Lifecycle

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering; MBA preferred

At least 10 years in product management with 5 in people leadership roles
