As a Healthcare Sales Representative, you will take charge of territory business development, fostering vital relationships within leading hospital accounts, and raising awareness on our essential treatment portfolio among Health Care Professionals (HCP), hospital decision-makers, pharmacy staff, infusion suites, and C-Suite stakeholders.
This role demands an in-depth understanding of clinical and disease state knowledge, combined with the expertise to navigate the complexities of the U.S. hospital environment to build new accounts and enhance existing ones. Collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and various stakeholders such as marketing, medical affairs, and healthcare systems will be crucial to align on integrated strategic initiatives. You'll also assist in patient education programs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Expand new accounts and grow existing ones through established customer relationships and effective communication of technical product and disease information.
Implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost the market presence of key products.
Leverage CSL Behring's patient-centric hospital sales model during customer interactions.
Maintain regular contact with assigned targets to align activities with current product focuses.
Craft and execute territory business plans that align with corporate objectives and exceed sales targets.
Utilize resources to articulate a strong value proposition for CSL Behring's products compared to competitors.
Analyze product purchasing and prescribing patterns in various settings.
Understand complex interdependencies within accounts to effectively develop and execute targeted account plans.
Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences by collaborating with various internal teams.
Demonstrate excellence in all areas of competency: Account Management, Market Focus, Customer Engagement, Clinical Expertise, and Business Acumen.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or life sciences.
A minimum of 5 years of hospital or institutional sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Experience with hospital pharmacies and patient care groups is advantageous.
Ability to manage a broad geographical area effectively.
