Director of Nursing

Supervise And Manage All Nursing Staff

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

Oversee hiring, training, and ongoing evaluation of nursing staff

Ensure adequate staffing and maintain up-to-date skill levels across the nursing team

Monitor nursing staff performance and address any conduct concerns

Stay informed about all resident care incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up

Assess and respond to the individual health needs of each resident

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license - required

Minimum 5 years of long-term care experience

At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Strong ability to guide and motivate nursing teams
