Job Description

Our client, a premier defense-side employment and workers’ compensation firm, is growing and seeking talented Labor & Employment attorneys at multiple levels. These positions are remote, but you must be barred and live in California.

The firm is looking for senior and partner-level litigators with extensive experience defending school districts and employers, including substantial courtroom practice and a proven track record in employment litigation.

It also seeks senior attorneys with strong backgrounds in compliance, documentation, and wage / hour audits, as well as significant experience handling PAGA and class action matters—trial or civil court experience is preferred.

Additionally, the firm is hiring associates with at least five years of defense‑side employment experience, including compliance work, employee handbooks, and litigation. Experience representing school districts and managing cases proactively will be highly valued.
