Furnace Assistants will have the opportunity to

• start out making $22.41 and grow to $25.90
• after 90 days with good attendance and performance.

Work only 15 days out of the month with 7 days off to have a good work life balance.

SIGN ON BONUS - $300 AFTER 90 DAYS RETENTION BONUS - $600 AFTER 9 MONTHS

Hours : Rotating shift 7AM – 7PM and 7PM - 7AM. You will work BOTH Dayshift and Nightshift as part of your rotation. Shift Rotation : 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off and the rotation starts over.

As our new Furnace Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in all furnace operations as required in a timely but safe manner to ensure smooth running operations and a productive shift.

This position requires a person willing to working in extreme temperatures, in an industrial manufacturing environment, and wearing protective equipment.

If you have manufacturing experience and are a safety-minded individual, then you could be a good candidate for this role.
