Essential Functions

• Support customer onboarding and internal workflow coordination.
• Report and visualize project progress and performance metrics.
• Document business processes and identify CRM optimization opportunities.
• Perform data entry, cleaning, and reporting.
• Track and manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with operations, sustainability, and customer success teams.
• Contribute to process documentation, system testing, and training materials.
• Support ad hoc analysis and digital platform improvement initiatives.
• Support commercial operations by gathering data for performance reporting, customer data, and opportunity analysis and tracking.
• Help prepare presentations and summaries for leadership or client-facing updates.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations from data and workflow observations.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.

Internships at The Heritage Group

The Heritage Group Internship Program provides hands-on, paid experiences in a corporate function or within one of our many operating companies. Interns can expect to network with other students and professionals, gain useful skills, receive mentoring, and make their own contributions to the organization. Additionally, interns can participate in our weekly hosted events focused on professional development, team building, and community service.

Intern pay is non-negotiable and is calculated based on current academic class standing $18 / hour (Freshman) - $21 / hour (Senior), etc.
