We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Ceramic Process Engineer to join our advanced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing ceramic manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output. You will work cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and support new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Optimize and maintain ceramic manufacturing processes, including batching, shaping, firing, inspection, and packaging.
• Design and conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and apply statistical tools to evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Led continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, waste reduction, and cycle time optimization.
• Collaborate with NPI (New Product Introduction) teams to scale new products from prototype to production.
• Evaluate and qualify raw materials, equipment, and technologies in partnership with suppliers.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in process-related activities.
