Description :

LPN - LTC Nursing Home; Start date is 3 weeks from offer; 13 week assignment w possible extension; Days; Some weekends; Holidays (when needed); Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission)

Required Certifications : BLS

Minimum one year LTC experience required; Previous travel experience required; EMR is CERNER
